This policy applies to the game Floppy Keeper: Penalty Fails for iPhone and Android.

What the game keeps on your phone
The game works without sign-up or an account. Your best number of saves, your best streak, the crowd sound setting and a small counter for the first-time swipe hint are stored only on your device. If you delete the game, this data is gone.
Replay videos
When you tap Share replay, the game turns the last ten seconds of play into a video file on your phone and opens the share menu of your phone. The video stays on your device until you choose an app to share it with. That app then handles the video under its own privacy policy.
Game engine
The game runs on the Unity engine. Unity Technologies may receive anonymous technical details about your device (model, operating system, graphics chip) to improve the engine. These details carry no name, account or advertising ID.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and funded by ads from Google AdMob, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. To serve ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud, Google processes, among other things, your IP address, your device's advertising ID, device and app information and your interactions with ads. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent dialog from Google asks on first launch whether Google and its partners may use data for personalised ads (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, the game shows only non-personalised ads, which Google serves on the basis of our legitimate interest in funding the game and preventing fraud (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy button on the title screen. On iPhone, the game may also ask for permission to track you across apps; if you decline, every part of the game stays the same.

Floppy Keeper is made for players aged 13 and up.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to receive your data in a portable format. You can withdraw a consent at any time with effect for the future. For data that Google processes for ads, you can also contact Google directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Croatia the Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

We update this policy when the game changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
